Luis A. Silva
Founder and President for Power System Products, Luis leads company operations and sales. He is an expert in power and control systems, and has spent most of his career in the power utility industry. He has held various responsibilities throughout his career which include Territory Sales Manager with a sales rep company, Engineering Manager of the Substation and Transmission Standards group with Southern California Edison, and various Engineering and Project Management roles covering distribution, substation, and transmission projects. He has a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering focusing on Power and Controls Systems from the California State University of Los Angeles.
Ignacio Sanchez
Co-Founder and Senior Vice President for Power System Products, Ignacio helps lead company operations and sales. He is an expert in power system protection and has an extensive background covering substation standards, protection engineering, battery storage, and grid modernization. He’s spent most of his career within Southern California Edison and has a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the California State University of Los Angeles.
Paul Uppal
Vice President of Sales for Power System Products, Paul leads company sales directives. He is an expert in sales management and pipeline development, including growing sales for products and services. He spent most of his career with General Electric as a regional sales manager for key utility accounts in the state of Arizona, California, Nevada, and New Mexico. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calgary, Canada.
Michelle Felix-Pettway
Inside Sales Administrator for Power System Products, Michelle manages inside sales, operations, and customer and manufacturer relations. She is a professional in utility equipment ordering, processing, and management. She spent most of her career with Southern California Edison and was responsible for ordering major equipment for substation projects, purchase order and accounts receivable, including coordinating with various project and cross-functional teams. She has a Bachelor’s degree from the California State University of Fullerton and a Master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Eric Chua
Senior Technical Sales Consultant for Power System Products, Eric has 30+ years of experience in power system and electrical engineering design for utilities, airport, water and wastewater, oil and gas industries. Eric will support customer technical needs utilizing his experience and understanding of the interrelationships of all design disciplines and individual requirements of each discipline. Eric’s experience includes engineering design/services in IEC 61850 digital substation protection, control, automation, I&C, electrical system studies/calculations, grounding, cogeneration/standby generation, renewable energy, hazardous electrical, asset condition assessments, value engineering and electrical system planning. He’s a member of IEEE, P.E. in CA, AZ, NV, and holds a MBA, MS in Power System Engineering and BS in Electrical Engineering.
Zoee Garcia
Inside Sales Assistant for Power System Products, Zoee is responsible for communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements. This includes answering customer questions, resolving customer concerns, providing additional information, submitting orders, and following up via email and phone call to ensure customer satisfaction. She has an Associate degree in Sociology and is attending the California State University of Long Beach to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
Hugo Silva
Inside Sales Coordinator for Power System Products, Hugo serves as point of contact for customer queries about products, orders, deliveries and provides support for sales representatives. Hugo served in the United States Air Force for 20 years. During his time in active duty, he coordinated medical support for joint service/multination missions across Southeast Asia and South America. His duties included providing area specific medical threat intel reports, conducting host nation hospital/clinic capability assessments, coordinating medical air support with international agencies, ordering critical equipment and supplies and after action reports for senior leadership.

Maribel Sanchez
Electrical Engineering Intern
As an Electrical Engineering Intern at Power System Products, Maribel Sanchez is focused on developing sales tools for utility and commercial & industrial (C&I) customers to enhance engagement and drive marketing effectiveness. She is actively expanding her knowledge of the utility industry while gaining hands-on experience through her internship. Maribel is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Joshua Teriquez
Sales Support Engineer Intern
As a Sales Support Engineer Intern at Power System Products, Joshua Teriquez leads IT-related efforts and provides comprehensive sales support via email, phone, and in-person communication. He plays a key role in both technical operations and customer service. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Merced.
Juan Luis Martinez
Sales & Technical Intern
Juan Luis Martinez supports the Power System Products sales team by helping maintain strong customer relationships and ensuring effective communication. His responsibilities include generating quotes, managing sales data within the CRM system, and conducting follow-ups to support customer satisfaction. A recent graduate of International Studies Learning Center (June 2025), Juan Luis is now pursuing a degree in Engineering Technology at Cerritos College. He is building his technical foundation through coursework, technical seminars, field visits with PSP engineers, and hands-on training.
